With boxes of clothings and food items, 4 mission volunteers visited the evacuation center to give assistance to victims of the fire in Tatalon, Quezon City on March 28, 2012. There were 411 families affected.
The people excitedly lined up for the much-needed clothings given for free.
and warmly received the catechism tracts that lifted their spirits and gave them hope in the midst of their moment of tragedy.
Children eagerly learned how to pray to the good and loving Father in heaven.
50 children happily attended the catechism lessons.
80 adults eagerly listened to the lesson on how to do the examination of conscience
and how to go to Confession.
And the children enjoyed the delightful sweets donated by a generous lady from Malaysia.
Such rare sweets couldn't be bought in ordinary stores in the country.
What a very special unexpected treat!
